Aaahh~
About 2 more hours to go..! ><
I wonder what I will do with this blog after the contest ends. :/
It's only about 3 days old? Haha. :X

Everyone's so friendly on Asian on Air's facebook!
Yay~
I don't mind if I don't win, keke. (but I still do want to win!)
The people participating are nice~ ^^

Okay~
You know, I'm not sure if we're supposed to submit only one post, or we can submit more than one post.
The instructions on the ibuzz website says to "upload posts", but.. I'm not sure. :/
Anyway.
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE, YEAH!

The "Mum Post"!~

Okay, so I ran out of ideas as to what to write about, so I asked my mum what she would like to do in Korea. (;

And her reply was...

To buy Korean toothpaste!

haha.
My mum's weird; I probably inherited my weird genes from her. :P
I have no idea why she would want to buy toothpaste in particular from Korea, but....
I guess it would be pretty interesting, huh? (;

Go to the hot springs!

Ohh~
Relaxing in a hot spring~
So comfortable! ><
I agree with my mum; I want to go there too!

Take Seoul's subway!

Every country's subway system (or MRT, as we call it in Singapore) is unique, so it would be really cool to try out Seoul's subway! ^^
I agree with my mum again, hehe.

~

That's all my mum said that she wanted to try out. (;
Okay then, I shall end this post with a ..

Picture of Myungsoo!~ xD
keke.

More places I want to go to!

I love you, baby, I'm not a monster~ <3

Hongdae flea market!

Wow, the displayed goods are so pretty!
If I went, I would probably buy lots and lots of things, mmm~ ^^

Meet Yoseob-oppa!

Ok, this is random, but I want to meet him! xD
I can just imagine him talking to me in his Engrish, hahaha.
I love his cheerful personality~ ^^

"Amani? Eomeoni?"
hahaha. xD
And.. yay! The fan is from Singapore~ ! *high-five*

To be a fan at Music Bank/ Inkigayo/ other music shows!

Kyaaa~ *fangirl scream*
It would be so~ awesome to be right there, cheering for the idols!
Ok, I must admit that I got this idea-thingy from another participant in the contest hehe.
Her post is good! xD

Check out Seoul National University!

Haha okay, I know that's kind of ... not what you would do on a holiday, but I'm quite seriously thinking about studying abroad in Korea. :/
Hmm.
I still have a few years to decide though, so..~
....hehe.

~

Alright, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping that I'll be one of the 10 lucky people to win the Blog section! ><
Good luck to everyone! <3

sungha daebak!
@ 8:57 PM | 0 individual(s)

Okay, so the deadline for the Asian on Air contest ends today. :/
At midnight actually, right? ._.

I probably won't score well in the "quality of contents" section. ):

Ohmygosh, this is so beautiful. <3

Onew's touching singing!
*ohhh my heart* >~<

Oops, I side-tracked. :X
Okay, well, as for the "activeness in SNS Channels" section, umm..
I don't know about that. :/

a young sungha! xD

Aaaahhh~ beautiful~

Baby, I'm so lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely, lonely~ ^^

Who I would like to meet in Korea! ^~^

Yiruma!

Ohmygosh, he's such a great pianist!
I love every single piece of his. <3
Yayyy~
I can't play the piano, but... I wish I could. :/
His songs inspire me and help me to relax, too.
~ I would love to meet him! keke.
(although I probably wouldn't be able to communicate with him, what with me speaking english and him korean, but.... I shall try my best! haha.)

Sungha Jung!

Sungha is such a talented guitarist!
Yay~
I must say, he's pretty cute too. haha. :P
Meeting him would be great!
I would give him a Stitch soft toy if I met him.~
I just think it suits him. (;
He inspired me to take up guitar lessons! ^^
Well, I'm still quite clueless about the guitar (chords, tabs, .... aaaaah! >< ), but I ...
I would love to sing while he plays the guitar. :/
*wistful expression*
I would probably start singing at the wrong places and sing out of rhythm or something (no, seriously. i'm not kidding. :/ ), but it would be great hehe.

~

There are lots of other people I would like to meet in Korea too, like Shinee, Infinite, Beast, Miss A, Exo, Sistar, and others, but hmm.
I don't think there's much of a chance for me to meet them, so.. )):

~
yay korea!

Things I want to do in Korea!
picture credits to their respective owners; Korean Tourism Organisation, eatyourkimchi and others.

Eat ddukbokki at a road-side stall

I love ddukbokki.
Mm..~ It's definitely addictive.
And the best place to try these yummy spicy ricecakes?
At a road-side stall!
*yum* ^~^

Go to Namsan Tower

These locks of love are so romantic and ... romantic!
I don't have a boyfriend, and I'm not planning on having one, but just going to the tower itself would be such a dream. <3
... aaah~ *_*

Participate in an SM Weekly Audition

If I go to Korea, I would definitely join an audition in SM!
On second thought, even if I do go to an audition, I probably wouldn't understand anything anyone said, unless they said it in English. :X
oops.
(by the way, I didn't know what picture to put, so I put one of Onew before debut. haha.)

Shop in Myeongdong

Ahhh, Myeongdong~

Visit Se7en's restaurant

Haha.
It would be so daebak to have chicken in his restaurant!
And it's so funny that Onew visited it. :P

Go to Garosu-gil

The tree-lined street! ^^
A mini Europe in Korea, haha. ~
Although the shops there are mostly out of my budget (I'm only a student, boohoo. >< ), it would be fun to window shop. :D

Visit a Korean high school

It would be so interesting to have a tour around a high school in Korea!
Maybe I could even sit in for one of the classes..? (;
So many korean dramas have schools as their setting, so I was curious about what it would feel like to be in the shoes of a korean student. ^^

Take an evening stroll around the Han River

The Han River looks so beautiful, especially at night. <3
I have lots of daydreams involving the Han River, haha. (;
It's such a romantic place!

Stay in a Hanok traditional house

A trip to Korea wouldn't be complete without a stay in a Hanok house!
It would be so fascinating to experience a part of korean culture first-hand!
Shinee stayed in a Hanok house during the filming of Hello Baby, and they showed me the charms of the traditional house. <3

Go skiing in the snow

I've never skiied before, so it would be an exciting experience for me to ski, especially in the snow!
I've only ever experienced winter during a trip to Australia with my family, years ago.
Singapore is a tropical country, so we basically have summer all year round.
Anyway, when we went to Australia, I was really young (about < 7 years old?), but I still remember it being really, really cold.
When I stepped on snow, it melted into a puddle of water, and I was intrigued by it.
My impression of snow before I actually saw it was that it was really fluffy and clean.
But ... my impression changed after that trip to Australia. Haha. :P
So... skiing in the snow would be daebak! :D

Spend a day at Seoraksan National Park

I really love nature; it's so beautiful.
I'm sure that I would love Seoraksan park, with all its natural beauty. <3

Jeongseon 5-day Mark...

Go to the Jeongseon 5 day Market

I love markets like this.
We have similar markets in Singapore too, and we call them "pasar malam", which means "night market".
I used to be able to find pasar malams easily around Singapore, but nowadays, I can rarely find one. ):
There would be a tent above the entire market, and stall owners would hawk their goods (and there were not only food being sold; there were other things, too) to the passers-by.
I loved the atmosphere of the pasar malam.~
Anyway, the Jeongseon Market would be a unique experience for me!

Mungyeongsaejae KBS Drama Studio

Visit the KBS Mungyeongsaejae Drama Studio

I have watched many KBS dramas, and I like dramas with a traditional setting as well.
In fact, one of my all-time favorite Korean dramas is Dae Jang Geum, or Da Chang Jin in Chinese.
I remember watching the entire 54 episodes with my mother, who loves the drama as much as I do.
I have a passion for cooking, so I could relate to the drama.
It would be so (for lack of a better word) awesome to have a tour around the drama studio and maybe even try acting out a scene there! :D

Go to Jeju Island

I've never been to Jeju island, but it's one-of-a-kind.
There are so many things to do at Jeju island, like visit their museums, hike Mt. Halla, or take a ferry to Udo Island.
Aaah~ It'll be so fun!

Take a Taekwondo class

Taekwondo is well-known throughout the world, and it is a big part of korean culture as well.
Taking a Taekwondo class would be really interesting and an enriching experience for me.
Besides, it's always good to know some self-defense moves, right? (;

Try lots of Korean food

Yum ~
Korean cuisine is popular everywhere, and is mainly associated with kimchi!
(ohh, I'm hungry now. ._. )
I want to try kimchi jjigae, naengmyeon, bibimbap, and other food in Korea! :D
Yay ~

Visit Dongdaemun Market

Dongdaemun market is well-known as a popular tourist spot, and I really want to go there!
We have something similar to Dongdaemun in Singapore, which is Bugis Street.
Dongdaemun would be totally special, though!
Aaahh... I want to go.. ><!

Alright, I shall end this post with a picture of Onew socks! :D

(I have the exact same pair! ^^ )
